Send null when clearing priority instead of not sending any value
Before:
Clearing priority in the signup card would avoid sending the priority field, which combined with changes from here: fsek/WebWebWeb#556
would make it impossible to clear the priority from a signup.
After:
Clearing priority in the signup card now sends null instead, which combined with the backend changes allows for clearing priority again.
