Records how digitised archive works stay merged with their METS content once the CALM-synced Sierra bibs retire without FOLIO successors, and proposes importing the b numbers into Axiell Collections keyed on the migrated CALM RecordID. LGTM - The only real question I have is whether dereferencing Record ID to AltRefNo is needed, but I assume it is. Even if not, it does make the import CSV a bit more human-friendly which is a benefit in itself.
Other than that - just one thought about making TLDR of the proposed solution a bit clearer.
Split the proposal paragraph per review suggestion, state the fix as its own sentence in the Purpose, record the match-key rationale, and explain the GC179 test records inline. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>

Digitised archive works are connected to their METS content through the CALM-synced Sierra bibs, which are deliberately not migrated to FOLIO. This RFC records how that link works today, shows the pipeline can maintain it with no Sierra or FOLIO record existing provided the Axiell Collections record cites the b number, measures the gap (6,999 of 210,846 AxC records carry one, against ~94,430 digitised archive works), and proposes importing the b numbers into AxC keyed on the migrated CALM RecordID.
It is the archive-side companion to RFC 091 and includes a small correction to its "the Sierra work is always the merge target" wording as a next step.
