Group settings by user task and add quick setup presets so existing features are easier to find before users duplicate functionality.
Rename user-facing settings and option labels to make built-in features easier to discover from the settings tab.

Complete overhaul of the plugins' settings menu.
Reorganization of settings, renaming of settings and added descriptions for clarification.
Many issues on this repo are from people requesting features that are already available but they couldn't find them. Such as showing notes only in subfolderes etc.
That's why I wanted to reorganize the settings and also added a quick setup on top.
What do you think about these changes? I split them up into 2 commits. The first one is about the restructuring of the settings and the second one about my personal adjustments to clarify many settings.
