isISMN: Added a new validator isISMN that supports modern 13-digit ISMNs starting with 979-0 and legacy 10-character formats starting with M (case-insensitive), utilizing the standard Luhn-like check digit algorithm.
Documentation & Tests: Updated README.md to document the new validator and references, and added unit tests in test/validators/isISMN.test.js validating format and checksum digits.
