Warn when deploying a contract that was built in a non-verifiable context to production

We should warn when a user tries to deploy a contract that was not built with --verifiable to a production chain.

Possibly this info is in the chain metadata, I seem to remember something along those lines. Otherwise production chain endpoints have to be hardcoded.
