Patch all WireCell helper script that would check the working directory for fhicls when deciding what parameters to use. Teh updates to jobs submission that necessitate native AL9 submissions change the way this behaves; fhicl are not always copied. To be robust against this, all instances of this now check the Stage0.fcl for which fhicls were run, as well as any logs, (for when fhicls are run inside run_lar_subshell.sh). There are also a few small, inconsequential typo fixes.
