In the "PARAMETERS" section, all paragraphs appear to be part of the description of each parameter based on their content. However, some paragraphs are not properly indented and are instead direct paragraphs within the section due to the ".PP" directive. This fix corrects this; that is, it ensures that all paragraphs in the "PARAMETERS" section are part of the description for any parameter.
