Routine Transifex localization sync. Reviewed the diff: only two string resource files changed — owncloudApp/src/main/res/values-en-rGB/strings.xml and values-en-rUS/strings.xml — with purely additive string entries (public-link, copy/move, scoped-storage, and release-notes labels). No code, manifest, or build changes; no suspicious content; format-arg placeholders (%1$s) are well-formed. LGTM as an l10n bot sync.
Note: mergeable=MERGEABLE but mergeStateStatus=BLOCKED (branch-protection gating). Changelog: n/a for a translation-only bot sync. Leaving merge to a maintainer.
