Adds an explicit bundler-neutral native provider contract for Vite plugins, integrates providers into One's Rolldown dev and production native pipelines, and documents the API. Tamagui uses this to share its generic compiler session with One native without adding Babel or pretending the web Vite transform can run natively.\n\nValidated with focused VxRN tests, VxRN and One typechecks/builds, full monorepo build, and real iOS/Android Tamagui-lowered bundles.
