We currently send notifications when someone messages us, but not for notifications of reactions.
Other apps, including Signal and Keybase do send notifications like, <person> reacted ❤️ to '<first 4 words of your message>...
Solution
We should do the same, it helps to let you know when someone acknowledges an older message of yours.
