Document the remaining options in `src/schema.json`: the 42 type-specific `alerts create`/`alerts update` flags, the seven `alerts list` filters, `--addresses` and `--file` on `research profiler batch`, and `--search` on `research token screener`. All were already implemented and readable by the CLI but absent from the machine-readable schema.
