Add test cases for Glg.DisableLevelTimestamp - #122

This commit implements the missing test cases for the `Glg.DisableLevelTimestamp` method in `glg_test.go`. It replaces the empty TODO placeholder with a table-driven test that verifies the method correctly sets the `disableTimestamp` flag for specific log levels (INFO, WARN, ERR). The test uses `New()` to create instances and inspects the internal state to ensure correctness.

Implemented missing test cases for
Glg.DisableLevelTimestampinglg_test.go.
