When a new task or pipeline is added to build-definitions, push the bundle only to quay.io/konflux-ci/tekton-catalog. For bundles that already exist in quay.io/redhat-appstudio-tekton-catalog, do keep updating them. Signed-off-by: Adam Cmiel <acmiel@redhat.com>
