Add board definitions, partition maps for Fox family UF2 targets, and extend CI workflow matrix.
Defer fusion invalidate to sensor loop, add optional reset debug logging, FoxSnackLiteV2 quaternion correction override, and retained/calibration tweaks.
…uilds Add sysbuild/CMakeLists.txt so custom boards under boards/ are discovered when building from the west top directory (e.g. foxsnacklitev2_uf2) without passing -DBOARD_ROOT on the command line.

Added a USB HID endpoint HID_1 for transmitting firmware version and console interaction (console interaction is JSON-based and supports future extensions).
