Summary

Apply the existing DNS visibility option consistently to IPv6 traffic.
Add a regression test for hidden and visible IPv6 DNS traffic.
Record the user-visible fix in the changelog.

Testing

cargo test --all-targets
cargo fmt --all -- --check
cargo clippy --all-targets -- -D warnings


          fix: hide IPv6 DNS queries by default
