feat: make hermit-entry optional

This PR makes hermit-entry optional in preparation for #2366.

Depends on:

• fix(x86_64/uefi): unmap stack on drop #2591
• feat(x86_64/uhyve): drop support for non-FDT TSC frequencies #2592
