GitHub - hefox/vocabulary: [custom drupal module] To be used with other modules. Basic functionality is to give a vocabulary page at taxonomy/% (but I'd reallly suggest not using that); but intent is for it to be overridden by other modules (working) and use pathauto/tokens (working). Can now also be used with taxonomy_menu to have vocabulary page be top menu item :D.
