doc: Developer Guide 1.1 cites ISO/IEC 13249-3 - #49

Replace the §1.1 curve-type source bullet. SQL/MM Spatial (ISO/IEC 13249-3) names CircularString, CompoundCurve, CurvePolygon, and WKB codes 8–12. Do not cite ISO 19125-2 or OGC SFA for those types. No 13249-3 DOI is cited. Co-authored-by: Jeroen Bloemscheer <grootstebozewolf@users.noreply.github.com>

Surgical amend of
doc/JTS Developer Guide.pdf§1.1 Other resources on #7. This file only. Does not merge #47 / #38 / #27 / Bar 2.Was (wrong): OGC Simple Features Access 1.2.1 / ISO 19125-2 as the source of the SQL-MM curve keywords and WKB codes 8–12.
Now (match #47 LaTeX wording only): SQL/MM Spatial (ISO/IEC 13249-3) — CircularString, CompoundCurve, CurvePolygon, and WKB codes 8–12 used by the opt-in curve module. No 13249-3 DOI is cited.
Kept: OpenGIS SFS 1.1 (linear model), JTS Technical Specifications, JTS JavaDoc. No 19125-2 / OGC SFA citation for those types. No invented DOI. No LocationTech EPIC. The rest of the #46 Developer Guide amend is unchanged.
