Gate locationtech/jts#1145 against the Qed-backed nts-oracle-gallery vectors via a faithful YStripes C# port; 14/14 geometric GT, critical robustness rows (vertex-graze, horizontal edge, Spectre/Hat pockets) pass.
Optional review nit: mark harness vectors as ADR-0004 skip (no mutation surface).
