Create (intergovernmental) organization template for Wikidata

Although the country template is currently the only option, a separate organization template is probably better.

Are there any of the manual edits on the EU or the UN project pages that we should implement in that template?

1. Replace Country with ...?
2. Personally I would remove the X administrative unit agencies.
3. (I don't know if this is possible) Use P463 instead of "First level administrative units" in the Jurisdiction summary.
4. As for the legislative branch, the executive branch, and the highest judicial branch: these positions usually remain unfilled. (The EU is an exception)
5. Feel free to add or edit anything. (if I've missed something)

The goal should be that if someone wants to start with NATO, for example, they shouldn’t have to modify the template too much to get started.

Hi, I’d like to work on this issue.

My approach will be:

• Use the existing country template as a base
• Create a new template for intergovernmental organizations (EU, UN, NATO)
• Replace administrative unit fields with a member-based structure (using P463)
• Keep leadership fields optional to support different organizational structures

The goal will be to make the template reusable with minimal modification.

Please let me know if this approach aligns with expectations.
