@benaadams,@nerolation The previous draft was quite messy, so I replaced it with this new one. I'm getting used to working on GitHub, and it seems that its complexity is also a barrier to accessing the EIP process for many ordinary users like me. |

Continuing the previous discussion in #11824 to fix the error caused by overlapping branches, the
