Adds 337 repositories from the 2026 Proof of Ship submissions to the Celo ecosystem. Filtered to public / externally accessible repos only (private, internal, forked, and empty repos excluded), with verified Celo relevance (Celo mainnet/Sepolia/Alfajores, @celo SDKs, MiniPay, Mento, ContractKit), and deduplicated against the existing Celo taxonomy.
