This pull request creates the initial page for CS8347 error, with the explanation of the root cause, example and two ways of how to correct the error.
As operating with reference requires a specific mindset, my wording on that may not be perfect when it comes to explaining why CS8347 may in fact be an issue - I tried to describe it best according to my dictionary.
In case of an idea for better explanation all comments are welcome :)
