Add Phuket condo asking-price dataset

What this adds

This adds the Phuket Condo Asking-Price Snapshot to the Property Prices collection.

The resource now has a dedicated public English-language CC BY 4.0 landing page covering 391 exact-URL-deduplicated Phuket condo sale-listing observations collected from 19 April through 20 July 2026. The landing page documents the methodology and limitations, while the proposed entry links to immutable CSV and JSON downloads.

The description deliberately distinguishes asking prices from transactions and active inventory. It does not claim a price trend, registered sales, current listing availability, or 391 distinct physical units.

Verification

• The English landing page and both immutable data files return HTTP 200 without a login or paywall.
• The CSV and JSON are licensed CC BY 4.0 and expose aggregate rows rather than copied listing descriptions.
• The change is confined to the existing Property Prices collection and updates its modified date and relevant keywords.
