This site has apparently migrated to https on the root of the domain. After being asked to help track it down, it seemed appropriate to update the original docs.
While I'm at it, I remembered Laurence Scotford's site migrated to `www.laurencescotford.net`.

People keep thinking these two resources are offline, when the domain has just changed slightly. I've updated the links to point to the right places.
I looked around for a bit to see if I could find the Octopeg Post Mortem anymore, but had no luck. I didn't want to delete it to give someone else the chance to track it down.
