Description

Add a blog post about skewed HashBuild in Bolt.

The post explains how Bolt handles build-side skew in the spill / restore path by splitting skewed spill partitions into smaller sub-ranges and restoring them incrementally while preserving join semantics.

Performance Impact

• No Impact: This change does not affect the critical path (e.g., build system, doc, error handling).
