# Specification Quality Checklist: Space-Side Privilege for Accepting Innovation Hub Invitations

**Purpose**: Validate specification completeness and quality before proceeding to planning
**Created**: 2026-04-24
**Feature**: [spec.md](../spec.md)

## Content Quality

- [x] No implementation details (languages, frameworks, APIs)
- [x] Focused on user value and business needs
- [x] Written for non-technical stakeholders
- [x] All mandatory sections completed

## Requirement Completeness

- [x] No [NEEDS CLARIFICATION] markers remain
- [x] Requirements are testable and unambiguous
- [x] Success criteria are measurable
- [x] Success criteria are technology-agnostic (no implementation details)
- [x] All acceptance scenarios are defined
- [x] Edge cases are identified
- [x] Scope is clearly bounded
- [x] Dependencies and assumptions identified

## Feature Readiness

- [x] All functional requirements have clear acceptance criteria
- [x] User scenarios cover primary flows
- [x] Feature meets measurable outcomes defined in Success Criteria
- [x] No implementation details leak into specification

## Notes

- Initial validation passed on first iteration (2026-04-24).
- Revised 2026-04-24 to split the hub-membership mutation surface: the generic update action no longer accepts the space list, and dedicated add/remove actions are introduced. This is structurally necessary — otherwise the new space-side privilege check can be bypassed in a single update call. Re-validated after the revision; all items still pass.
- Open scope decisions documented as explicit assumptions rather than `[NEEDS CLARIFICATION]` markers: (a) removal uses existing hub-side authorization only (no symmetric space-side consent on remove), (b) filter-based hub inclusion is out of scope for the new check, (c) clients currently writing the space list via the generic update action will need to migrate.
- Ready for `/speckit.clarify` (optional) or `/speckit.plan`.
