The Dependabot bump updated packages/react-web-cli to react@19.2.8 and react-dom@19.2.8, but the root package and examples/web-cli still declared react@^19.2.6. pnpm therefore hoisted react@19.2.6 to the root node_modules, while @testing-library/react was resolved with react-dom@19.2.8 — two different React instances. The vitest alias in packages/react-web-cli/vitest.config.ts points to ../../node_modules/react (root), so tests rendered with react-dom@19.2.8 but useState resolved from the hoisted react@19.2.6, causing the null dispatcher TypeError. Fix: bump root package.json and examples/web-cli/package.json from react@^19.2.6 to react@^19.2.8 so pnpm hoists the matching version at root and all workspaces use a single react instance. Root cause: duplicate React instanceThe `vitest.config.ts` in `packages/react-web-cli` uses explicit aliases to deduplicate React:
pnpm hoisted `react@19.2.6` to root. The vitest alias resolved `react` to `19.2.6`, but `@testing-library/react` had been resolved with `react-dom@19.2.8` + `react@19.2.8`. Two different module instances → `useState` null dispatcher crash. Migration concerns checked
