💡 需求背景和解决方案
Textarea 需要支持可清空内容的交互能力，方便用户快速移除已输入的多行文本。
本次在 common 中补充了 Textarea clearable 的样式与文档：
React 侧组件实现已在本地完成并通过验证，但由于当前没有 tdesign-react fork，本次暂不推送 React PR。
