[Bug]: Vanced Manager refuses to show install button

Bug Description

The ap states that the latest version of YouTube Vanced that you can install is Unavailable, same for YouTube Music Vanced, and even Vanced microG, even going as far as to say that it's not even installed despite it being installed. Once it says it's unavailable, you don't even get the install button.

The app tries to load in whatever version that is available, but it just doesn't as it keeps loading forever, even if you have a good internet connection.

• I have checked other bug reports and this is not a duplicate.
• This is a bug in Vanced Manager and NOT YouTube Vanced/YouTube Vanced Music/Vanced microG.

I have this too. Right when the new YT Vanced update dropped. It also says that the latest version is unavailable.
