First release of bwgtools

This package was created to access data from a large experiment. This data was originally stored in a common dropbox folder, shared among collaborators. This package reads and organizes that data. It also performs some summary calculations, which are used in later analysis.

This release is timed to coincide with the submission of the first paper based on these data.
