It's a feature, not a bug! Now you can safely transmute in nightly as well! Spey hasn't been looking at the repo lately, but I'll go ahead and merge it since it Worked on My Machine 鈩笍 . |

cve-rsdoes not compile in nightly due to rust-lang/rust#129021 and this change will be landed in Rust 1.83. This PR fixes it.
