[3.0] Improve UX when deleting certain settings in the admin interface

In SMF 3.0 (this goes for SMF 2.1 too), there is some inconsistency when it comes to deleting various settings. For example, deleting custom profile fields looks like this:

While deleting profiles looks like this:

Streamlining various administration tasks should help make the experience better.

We can look at this for Alpha 6, but I think it falls into what the UI can do.
But to make it more consisent we would either need to add the delete functionality on the custom profile fields page or move the delet profile into the profile page logic. Neither seem ideal for how we would expect the interface to work.
