…dic rerun_disabled trunk run) The ROCm inductor block resolved its own trunk run via download_workflow_run, which could return the periodic rerun_disabled_tests/mem_leak_check trunk run (only variant inductor jobs) instead of the canonical push run. Reuse trunk_full_wf like default/distributed already do.
