Redirect /docs/ai-observability/pricing to /ai-observability/pricing

Changes

• AI assistants that guess /docs/ai-observability/pricing hit a 404, so their answers about AI observability pricing fail. The canonical page at /ai-observability/pricing works.
• Add a redirect in vercel.json from the stale docs path to the canonical pricing page, next to the existing /llm-analytics/pricing redirect.
