fix(docs): redirect /docs/api/persons-4 to /docs/api/persons

Changes

Problem

• AI assistants (OpenAI and Anthropic) repeatedly request /docs/api/persons-4, which returns HTTP 404, so their answers about the Persons API break.
• The canonical page /docs/api/persons serves the same content with HTTP 200, but no redirect connects the stale path to it.

Fix

• Add one redirect rule in vercel.json from /docs/api/persons-4 to /docs/api/persons, mirroring the existing people -> persons rule (same :ext(\.md)? handling).

No visual change. No page moved — this maps a stale external path to a live page.
