fix(docs): redirect /docs/api/insights-3 to /docs/api/insights

Changes

• AI assistants (OpenAI, Anthropic, DuckDuckGo, Manus) repeatedly hit /docs/api/insights-3, which returns HTTP 404, while the live reference at /docs/api/insights returns HTTP 200. The stale alias denies these assistants a working API reference.
• Add one redirect in vercel.json that maps /docs/api/insights-3 to /docs/api/insights, mirroring the existing people → persons alias pattern (with the :ext(\.md)? suffix, so the .md variant resolves too).

No visual change. This is a content/config redirect only.
