Current status.json lists managed OpenAdapt Cloud in the Browser delivery row and in the separate managed_services record. The generated platform manifest still carried a second Hosted Cloud substrate row. That duplicate made the live manifest validator fail on every new Launcher PR.

This PR regenerates platform-manifest.json and docs/platform-compatibility-report.md from the current public sources. The only semantic change removes the duplicate substrate row. Browser still says Local, managed OpenAdapt Cloud, or customer-controlled, and the public status record still lists the managed browser runner and control plane.

This should merge before #1120 is rebased and rechecked. Merging it won't publish a package, create a tag or release, deploy a service, or change a repository setting.
