OpenAdapt's launcher no longer carries a static Beta label. The README projection comes from the exact signed public lifecycle record. The current empty ledger renders Not actively admitted and keeps the path to Production clear: active admissions for all seven product targets plus an active admission for the exact workflow.
One OpenAdapt admission can't imply combined-product Production. The renderer lists any missing targets and directs readers to the live record. The public platform manifest now contains compatibility and delivery facts only.
The build fails closed on source drift, expiry, revocation, malformed records, package drift, and static labels in release artifacts.
Checks passed: 194 tests, signed-source validation, wheel and sdist inspection, the source-boundary guard, Ruff, actionlint, SVG validation, and the diff check.
This supersedes #1106. That branch is behind main and leaves static labels in the public manifest and SVG.
