The documentation build rewrites tracked source files (copy_section injections into doc/home.md, regenerated doc/docker_readme.md and doc/lineage artifacts). Committing them with 'git commit -a' made doc-builder diverge from the dev branches and caused merge conflicts on doc/home.md. Discard those mutations and commit only docs/.
