Sync wrapper does not expose set_application_uri

**Describe the bug** <br />
The sync-wrapper does not expose the set_application_uri method. This way, certificates are stuck to using the default ApplicationUri of asyncua.

**Expected behavior**<br />
The sync-wrapper should expose the method set_application_uri.
