Add Azure OpenAI support to Patterns docs

What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

Documents that Azure OpenAI is now a fully supported LLM provider for the Patterns (Topic Discovery) feature, on par with OpenAI and Amazon Bedrock. Motivated by https://github.com/ddoghq/dd-source/pull/20605, which introduced Azure OpenAI support in the Patterns backend.

Changes:

• Step 3 of "Set up a Pattern" now lists the three supported providers — OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and Amazon Bedrock
