Adds a SD File emuMMC mode popup that lets users choose between the existing full-size file emuMMC behavior and a resized file-based emuMMC size selected with a slider.
The resized path copies only the requested GPP range, formats the resized USER partition through the BIS file backend, updates GPT/MBR metadata, and preserves the classic full-size SD File flow when selected.
