Timer fix2

Added:

1. Stopwatch: Mounted fixed in the bottom-right corner
2. Drag-to-reorder columns: Each column now has a drag handle above its order timer; dragging it and dropping on another column reorders them
3. Note box: A small textarea under each order timer,
4. Split color thresholds:

• order (used for the column header/order timer): yellow ≤4:00, orange ≤1:30, red ≤0:42
• ingredient (used for the timers inside each column): yellow ≤1:00, red ≤0:35
