Generation, to agent. Decisions, permissions, taste, to you. Attention, to what's still precious. π bojunchai.me β Β· π On AI Native Work β
Senior Software Engineer & AI Native practitioner at Microsoft. I connect mobile quality, engineering productivity, and AI Native practice β and I build local-first, agentic dev tools along the way. Full profile at bojunchai.me.
- π§ Working on Copilot @ Microsoft β shipping AI-powered mobile experiences.
- π οΈ Building agentic dev tools β terminal homepages, bridges, scaffolding. Local-first, no upsell.
- π Writing On AI Native Work β how to work when generation is cheap and judgment is expensive.
The cockpit, the bridge, and the scaffolding around an agent β so the next session starts faster than the last one ended.
- ποΈ harness-kit β Stack-agnostic scaffolding for AI-coding-agent harnesses. One
harness initdrops a complete 5-subsystem harness (instructions, state, feedback, observability, governance) into any repo.swapping a model is the costliest fix; fixing the harness is the cheapest. - πΊοΈ agent-harness-atlas β Source-level harness-capability review of 8 mainstream AI coding agents across 6 dimensions. Weekly, grounded, bilingual.
read the harness, not the hype.β agent-harness-atlas.github.io - π claude-starter β Beautiful TUI for Claude Code sessions. Local-first, AI-native dev workflow.
- β¨οΈ codex-starter β Terminal homepage for Codex sessions.
- π opencode-starter β Tokyo-Night TUI for browsing & resuming OpenCode sessions, with live search.
- π agentshape β Your AI agents have lives. Give them a home page.
- πͺΆ feishu-opencode-bridge β Drive a local OpenCode agent from a Feishu/Lark bot over WebSocket. Single-file, resilient.
- ποΈ getia.md β Information architecture files that help agents scaffold products with stronger defaults.
Small products, strong taste, zero upsell. Built with SwiftUI.
- π§Ή Purger β macOS disk cleanup. Small, transparent, zero upsell.
- π PasteFlow β macOS clipboard manager. Fast iteration.
- π on-ai-native-work.github.io β One HTML file, no build. β aka.ms/on-ai-native-work
Six reflexes from On AI Native Work:
- No
?/@.?is being too lazy to open an agent.@is being too lazy to finish reading. The agent is the cheap, infinite first read. The questions I bring you are the ones an agent can't answer β decisions, permissions, taste. - No to-do. To-do is doing. Doing is done. The moment I can phrase it, I can dispatch it. Capturing and starting are the same act now. My job is review and judgment, not tracking.
- No teamwork is the best teamwork. A person is no longer a person β it's them plus a fleet of agents. Old human-to-human interfaces (status meetings, FYI threads, hand-offs) become overhead. What survives: decisions made together, taste collided together, trust built together.
- Unknowns are invitations. What you haven't seen is yours to explore. A place AI can help me reach, where others haven't reached yet, is the opening. Walk in. Send back the map.
- Lead with artifacts. When anyone can build it, everyone can lead. Title gets you into the room; the artifact moves the room. Stop mobilizing people before you can show the thing β show the thing.
- Skin in, then choose. Belief without skin in the game is borrowed. Belief after skin in the game is yours. Try it on real work first; then decide what you actually believe.
