Removes the compliance reporting feature documentation from Calico Enterprise next and version-3.24-1. The feature has been removed from the web console and has no shipped replacement; the kubescape-based successor (PMREQ-631, PMREQ-666) stalled and its docs epic DOCS-2278 was closed as Won't do.

Calico Enterprise next and 3.24-1:

• Deleted the compliance guide pages, the compliance-reports reference pages, and the GlobalReport resource page.
• Reworded the compliance index into a Security landing and relabeled the sidebar category to Security. The WireGuard, HTTP proxy, and Istio Ambient pages that live under compliance are kept in place at their current URLs.
• Removed compliance cross-links, the feature-matrix and RBAC rows, reference cards, the get-started Compliance Reports section, and the compliance troubleshooting section.
• Removed install-time compliance references from the Helm reference and tigerastatus, and excluded Compliance types from the generated operator API reference so regeneration keeps them out.
• Added a plain removal entry to the release notes, with no successor named.

All products and versions:

• Removed the sentence about a coming replacement from every surviving compliance deprecation notice: Calico Enterprise 3.20-2 through 3.23-2, and Calico Cloud next, 22-2, and 23-2. Calico Cloud compliance pages are kept; only the notices change.

Not changed: releases.json still lists the compliance-benchmarker component, which still ships. A few generated API fields and a LogStorage retention field for components that remain are left in place for accuracy.
