deSEC improvements

• Add a deSEC menu with the main script and the subdomain script
• Add script to remove deSEC
• Add the possibility to add/remove/change domains to an existing deSEC account (check if deSEC is installed and use the function)
• Improve the TLS function
• Add code to be able to run the app scripts seamlessly

Just a heads up, the Lets-encrypt certificate is not being updated for the subdomain (in my case talk). Just got notice that I have 18 days left.
