Allow arbitrary levels of column group nestedness and also apply drawHeader to those additional columns

Note in the example:

The group columns at the top don't match the format of the columns beneath them. This (seemingly) can't be overridden with manual drawHeader as that isn't called to draw the extra header row. Additionally, I'd like to have more group columns. Most other grids support arbitrary nesting of group columns.
