Description

5.6 Luna tried to zoom using the file's location as a URL. Currently unsupported, but no reason not to if it helps prevent tool fails.

Note: file:/etc/hosts and file://server/share/file.txt formats are also permitted by RFC 8089 - https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc8089

Good idea, and cheap: aft_zoom/aft_outline already branch on the target shape, so accepting RFC 8089 file:// spellings and normalizing them to local paths (then through the normal permission checks — a file: URL gets zero extra access) prevents a whole class of failed tool calls. Queued for the next release.
