**** mlapi is being archived ****

mlapi will no longer be extended/supported.  While it will continue working till it doesn't, consider moving to [zmEventnotificationNg](https://github.com/ZoneMinder/zmeventnotificationNg). That includes a new version of pyzm that embeds mlapi functionality
